Submitting Feedback for v2 Dashboard

How to submit feedback for bugs and errors found in the beta dashboard v2.

Welcome to the Geniuslink v2 Dashboard!

Currently in Beta Mode, we are inviting those who are signed up for a Geniuslink account to give it a try and receive early access to the latest improvements to the dashboard.

Since the new dashboard is still in beta, if an existing feature is not working or you have a bug to report, here is how to submit feedback to help get those fixes addressed.

First, log in to the Geniuslink dashboard.

From there, you’ll see below the Gravatar on the top right corner of the dashboard, a notice that says, “Try the beta…”. Click on it to access the v2 dashboard.

From there, a pop-up window will appear, welcoming you to the beta dashboard and the latest feature set.

Navigate through the new dashboard. Most of the navigation and tabs will remain the same from the v1 dashboard. However, you can revert to the v1 dashboard at any time by clicking on the profile icon at the top right-hand corner. Alternatively, you can always log back into the v1 dashboard by using the following link: https://my.geniuslink.com/home

Please note that the toggle feature is currently unavailable, so to log back into the v1 dashboard, please click on the link here: https://my.geniuslink.com/home

If there is a bug or a feature that is not available in the v2 dashboard, click on the “Send Feedback” bubble at the bottom of the right-hand corner of the dashboard, and the following form will appear.

Once you have submitted the description of the bug or missing feature, please hit the purple “Submit” button. Please note that adding screenshots at this time is currently unavailable.

Voila! That is all that is needed to submit feedback in the new v2 Beta Dashboard. Thanks for giving it a try, and let us know how your experience with the newly improved Geniuslink Dashboard is.
